Leaning heavily into the best of '90s alternative rock, the album draws influence from The Brian Jonestown Massacre, Lush, The Charlatans, Primal Scream, Ride, My Bloody Valentine, Chapterhouse, and Slowdive. These classic 90s sounds are filtered through Las Robertas' signature bright, sunny psych-pop sensibility. The release is paired with artwork by Costa Rican mixed-media artist Juliana Quesada, featuring the iconic blue Morpho butterfly and mint-green vinyl.
